The St. Louis Blues are proud to announce their newest program specializing in the collection and re-sale of game-used memorabilia, offering fans the opportunity to own a piece of Blues history. The program, beginning in October 2017 will offer four equipment categories:

Authentic Game Equipment: Items worn or used in a game during the 2017-18 season and beyond, including jerseys, equipment and goal scored pucks

Winter Classic Edition: Items used and worn during the 2017 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic and subsequent 3rd jersey games during the 2016-17 season

Vintage Edition: Items used in games previous to the 2017-18 season

Locker Room Edition: Items issued in the locker room but not used in a game Items will be sold for a set price on stlauthentics.com or in the Blue Note Authentics Team Store; or by auction using the Gesture Bid-By-Phone system (blues.gesture.com).

An updated list of items for sale and where to purchase will be published on stlouisblues.com/gameused every Tuesday morning.

To ensure authenticity of game-used items for sale, all memorabilia will come with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). In addition, all game-used items collected during the 2017-18 season and beyond will come with a authenticity hologram sticker. Portions of the proceeds generated from the game-used memorabilia program will benefit Blues For Kids.

To celebrate the launch of the program, a limited amount of Blues Vintage Edition game-used helmets are available for purchase at a set price on www.stlauthentics.com. Fans can also re-live one of the greatest sports events in St. Louis history by bidding on select game-used items from the 2017 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic through Gesture.

Expensive for bags, pants, gloves and helmets, most in the $250 - $300 range. There are bids on those, so maybe the Blues fans are more dedicated than I would be if the Blackhawks had gloves and helmets for sale. I'd top out about $50 on any of that stuff. I recall that the Winter Classic jerseys did very well in the NHL.com auctions too. Glad to see that the Blues are running their own program...
